Two strangers reached for the same old novel at a book fair in Intramuros. Seven years later, here we are.
2019
How we met
A rainy Saturday at a book fair in Intramuros. Achilles reached for the last copy of a Pablo Neruda collection at the exact moment Celin did. They shared coffee instead of the book, and neither has stopped talking since.
2025
The proposal
On a quiet sunrise picnic in Tagaytay, with the Taal volcano in the distance, Achilles asked the question he had carried for months. Celin said yes before he finished asking.
2026
The promise
Two rings, one date, and a hundred small decisions made side by side. From tastings to seating charts, every detail of December 12 is a promise we are keeping together.
