Who we are

ThriftyWedsites provides wedding websites for Filipino couples — an all-in-one platform with your site, vendor directory and planning tools. When you order, message us on Facebook, or browse this site, we handle some personal data as described below. For anything here, message us on Facebook or use our contact page.

What we collect

• Account details: your username, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when we create your dashboard.
• Wedding content: names, dates, photos, stories, venues and anything else you add to your site yourself.
• Guest replies: names, contact numbers, attendance, guest counts and messages that guests submit through your RSVP form. These belong to your celebration and are visible to you and your coordinator in your dashboard.
• Vendor applications: business details, contact info, photos and links submitted through vendor registration.
• Technical basics: login sessions, password-reset tokens and ordinary cookies that keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

Who can see what

• Your wedding site: anything you publish on a live, public site is visible to anyone with the link — that is the point of it. Password-protected sites additionally require your guest password, and under-construction sites show only a coming-soon page to guests.
• Your dashboard: only you (and our team, for support) can open it. Guest replies and planning tools like seating, budget and checklist are never public.
• Featured Wedsites and vendor listings: appear publicly only with opt-in or admin approval respectively.
• Payments: taken through Facebook Messenger. We never see or store your card or e-wallet credentials.

How long we keep it

Your site stays live for as long as our platform can keep it running. We do not guarantee a fixed period after your wedding date. Ask us anytime to take down your site, delete guest replies, or close your account entirely by messaging us on Facebook — we will confirm once it is done.

Your choices

• Edit or remove your wedding content yourself, anytime, in your dashboard.
• Take your site offline, password-protect it, or leave Featured at any time.
• Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion through Facebook or our contact page.
• Change your password in dashboard Settings, especially after first login.
