1. What you are buying

One wedding website on the ThriftyWedsites platform for a one-time payment of PHP 999: your choice of design, a personal link, a client dashboard with content, media, RSVP, seating, budget, registry, checklist, photo sharing and vendor directory tools, plus unlimited self-edits of all dynamic content. The design layout itself stays fixed to keep every site beautiful.

2. Payment and refunds

Payment happens through Facebook Messenger before any build starts. Because each dashboard account is created for you after payment, payments are non refundable once your login is sent. Before that point, message us and we will make it right.

3. Your responsibilities

• You own the rights to the photos, text and music you upload, or have permission to use them.
• Content must be lawful and must not harass, mislead or infringe on others.
• Keep your dashboard password safe and change the temporary one after first login.
• Guest replies submitted on your site are your responsibility to handle lawfully.

4. How long your site stays live

Your link stays live for as long as our platform can keep it running. We do not guarantee a fixed period after your wedding date. If you add your own custom domain later, renewal follows the domain provider terms. You may take your site offline or ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Custom designs

One-of-a-kind layouts are quoted upfront based on complexity, and work starts after you accept the quote. Your custom design stays exclusive to your wedding for 4 months from your site creation, then automatically joins the public collection. Only the layout is shared — never your photos, names or details.

6. Vendor directory and Featured Wedsites

Vendor listings are published after our review but the details come from the suppliers themselves, so please confirm specifics directly before booking. Wedding sites appear on the Featured Wedsites page only with the couple’s opt-in, and only while live and public — opt out anytime from the dashboard.

7. Fair use and suspension

Do not use your site for spam, phishing, unlawful content or anything that harms the platform or other users. We may take down content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with a refund only where the law requires one. To close your account voluntarily, just message us on Facebook.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep the platform fast and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to your site is limited to the PHP 999 you paid. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable law.
