We aim to deliver your wedding website within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur if required materials or approvals are not provided on time.

5. Revisions and Scope

• Our service includes limited revisions based on the selected package or agreement.
• Requests beyond the original scope (e.g., major redesigns, additional features) may incur additional fees.

6. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Your website may be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Netlify, WordPress, or similar providers). We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, or issues caused by these platforms.

7. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

8. Client Content and Data Ownership

• All content you provide remains your property.
• You grant us permission to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
• You confirm that you have obtained consent from individuals whose personal data is included in your website.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and systems created by ThriftyWedsites remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the final website for personal purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriftyWedsites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
